Is my username different from email? How can I find my username?
Your username will be your business email address
How do I obtain my password?
Your password can be obtained by selecting the Forgot/Change Password option. Complete all steps and your profile will be deactivated. You will then receive an email to activate your profile and log in using your new password.
I have not received a password reset email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes' click 'Forgot your password' again.
How do I sign up or create a new account?
Please reach out to your company HR/Travel Manager for account set-up.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you've completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. We'll also send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information post approval of the trip.
Can I book leisure/personal travel through the system?
The company's travel policies do stop employees to book leisure or personal travel. The bookings can be fulfilled using employee personal credit card via secure online payment gateway.
What is an e-ticket?
An electronic ticket, often called e-ticket. A passenger that purchases an e-ticket receives by e-mail only the confirmation of the purchase of the e-ticket together with a booking code or ticket number, and the personal data of the person traveling.
What are the Travel services available through the booking system?
The booking system is capable of offering flight, hotel and insurance services for all users. However the corporate decides the services that can be made available to its users.

You can feel confident that your travel data will be handled in accordance with your requirements to make your journey as pleasent as possible. Our Quality System ensures that the travel process is aligned with the travel policy and that all necessary data is recorded. This guarantees a quality trip and smooth data reporting after it concludes.
I have moved to another company can I move my profile to the new company instead of having to create a new one?
Due to Data Protection issues unfortunately this is not possible. We would need to delete any record of your previous profile to enable you to create one under your new company.
